I’m feeling so inspired today. Got a little workout in and ate yummy foods! My usual lazy Sunday has been a little more productive and I feel great. I love the results and benefits from eating a vegan diet! I feel amazing. Honestly, the best choice I’ve made in my entire life. I know I can and will do this for the rest of my life. I never want to forget how I feel in this moment and time in my life. Always do things that make YOU feel good, inspired, and healthy because in the long run, it WILL benefit you! “You are what you eat,” I’ve never heard a more true statement! When you eat shit foods, you feel slow, lagging, unhealthy, and shitty! Why put anything into your body that doesn’t make you feel good, inside and out? Eat whole colorful vibrant foods is key! If you lack motivation, make it pretty and post it! I feel good when I put effort into my meals! I promise you will too!
This was my yummy raw dinner for the night. I love bite sized “finger foods” that I can pick at so I always cut my veggies in that way. I cut up a pear, a big handful of cherries, a handful of blueberries in the large tea cup. Broccolini, broccoli, and cucumber cut into pieces and drank a huge lemon water 🙂
