My favorite ingredients this summer have to be frozen bananas, frozen pitaya or dragonfruit, and mango! I usually add almond milk for a liquid to add a more creamy factor and I like to add toppings like goji berries, chia seeds, hemp seeds, and cocao nibs. I top with other fruit too like strawberries, bananas, mangos, and blueberries!
The pitaya is what makes the smoothie have such a bright pink color! It’s so vibrant, light, and refreshing! One of my absolute favs!
